Dough Making for Flowers

 First method 

Ingredients:

• ½ cup of white glue
• 2 cups of coarse salt
• 6 to 8 drops of food colouring (or poster pain

Steps:

1. Combine the salt and food colouring.
   
2. Add glue and stir for 2-3 minutes longer.
   
3. Sculpt and mould desired shapes using your hands. Remember to make tiny holes if you plan to use the pieces for a necklace.
   
4. Deposit your creations on a sheet of waxed paper to dry. Drying time will vary depending on the size and thickness of the pieces.
   
5. You may want to use cookie cutters to create various shapes. Sparkles can be added for a special touch.

• Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of white glue
  • ½ cup of flour
  • ½ cup of cornstarch
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 6 to 8 drops of food colouring (or poster paint)
  Steps:

1. Combine glue, water, and food colouring in a bowl.
2. Combine flour and cornstarch in another bowl.
3. Combine the two previous mixtures together and stir until a thick dough forms.
4. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead on a floured surface.
5. Manipulate and sculpt the dough on waxed paper to create jewellery pieces.
6. This dough is great for necklace beads, jewellery, brooches, and so much more. Use your imagination!
